A family story
Our project has its roots in the five-decade history of our family.Our family farm has seen the succession of four generations. Among all, Dr. Simone Trombino, a native doctor of Santa Ninfa, while carrying out his profession in Palermo, always showed a deep sense of belonging to his village of origin.
This affection could only give life to the most representative activities of the territory, viticulture and olive growing.
Today we manage the company with the same care and passion, respecting nature and its rhythms.
A strong and indissoluble bond with our land, our vineyards and our olive groves.
SICILIAN WINESOur wines
The family business values mainly Sicilian grapes such as the Frappato, the Zibibbo, the Catarratto, the Carricante and the Syrah. The only exception to the Sicilian tradition is the Sangiovese originating from Tuscany and Romagna.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILOur Olive Oil
The farm produces an organic olive oil that comes mostly from a local variety, the Nocellara del Belice.
